Payment Policy

1. Transaction Currency

All purchases made through perqami.com are processed in EUR. Product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes, refunds, and other transaction amounts displayed during checkout are calculated and processed using this transaction currency.

If your card, bank account, digital wallet, or PayPal account uses a different currency, your payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency using its own exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside the control of PERQAMI, LLC.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept several secure payment methods to provide customers with convenient checkout options. Depending on availability, location, device, and payment-provider eligibility, accepted methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, SOFORT, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Card and supported digital-wallet transactions may be securely processed through Stripe, while customers selecting PayPal complete payment through PayPal. The payment methods available for a particular order will be displayed during checkout.

3. Payment Security

Protecting payment and transaction information is an important part of our checkout process. perqami.com uses HTTPS and SSL/TLS encryption to help protect information transmitted between your browser, our website, and authorized payment providers.

Payment processing is handled through established providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Depending on the payment method and transaction, security measures may include PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, tokenization, encrypted data transmission, fraud screening, authentication controls, and 3D Secure verification. PERQAMI, LLC does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes on its own website systems.

4. Payment Authorization and Failed Payments

An order is considered successfully paid only after the selected payment provider has authorized the transaction. A payment may be declined, delayed, or unsuccessful because of insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, authentication failure, card restrictions, fraud-prevention controls, payment-provider limitations, network interruptions, or restrictions imposed by the customer's bank.

If a payment fails, please verify the information entered during checkout or contact your bank or payment provider. You may also try another payment method shown at checkout. If you continue to experience difficulty completing a payment, contact us at contact@perqami.com. We do not recommend repeatedly submitting the same payment when your bank has placed a temporary authorization or security restriction on the transaction.

5. Refunds and Original Payment Method

Refund eligibility is determined according to our Refund & Returns Policy Once a return or refund has been reviewed and approved, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction within 7 business days.

For example, a card payment processed through Stripe will normally be refunded to the same payment method, while a PayPal payment will normally be refunded through PayPal. We do not normally redirect an approved refund to a different card, bank account, digital wallet, or unrelated payment account.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time to display the credit in your account. This additional posting time is determined by the payment provider and is outside our direct control.

6. Payment Disputes and Transaction Records

If you believe a payment has been charged incorrectly, an order has not been properly fulfilled, or a refund has not been handled as expected, please contact us first at contact@perqami.com so that we can review the transaction and attempt to resolve the issue.

If a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment-provider investigation is opened through Stripe, PayPal, a card issuer, or another financial institution, PERQAMI, LLC may provide relevant records necessary to review the transaction. These records may include order confirmations, payment transaction references, billing and shipping information, tracking and delivery records, customer communications, return authorization information, refund records, and the policies applicable to the transaction.

We use such information only where reasonably necessary to document the order, respond to the dispute, prevent payment fraud, or comply with applicable legal and payment-provider requirements. Information about how transaction and payment-related data is protected is available in our Privacy Policy.
